Meet Chef Chris Brooks

I use cooking to enforce the values of home-cooked meals, maintain family values, and support the next generation of culinary professionals.

  • My passion for cooking started with the lessons shared by my late Mother. She instilled in my brothers and sister the value of a home-cooked meal despite her many responsibilities as a widowed mother living in the urban neighborhoods of Philadelphia, PA. I leveraged these early lessons, and it lit a fire under my spirit the art of culinary science. I used this passion to earn my Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

    Throughout my career, my passion for being hands-on with cooking continued to manifest as I would find myself communicating for days on end with the various chefs and cooks on techniques along with methods of their recipes. My spirit called me to make the leap into entrepreneurship to fulfill the legacy of lessons taught by my mother.
