Meal Prep Pricing, Fees, Payments and Procedures

There is a complimentary consultation via phone, Zoom, or Google Meet to discuss the needs which would include: dietary restrictions, menu options, how many meals are desired, start date, and frequency of delivery.

Pricing:

8 meals: $200 plus the cost of groceries

12 meals: $250 plus the cost of groceries

16 meals: $300 plus the cost of groceries

20 meals: $350 pus the cost of groceries

*Price does NOT include Maryland 6% sales tax

Containers:

There is a one-time container fee. You have a couple of options for containers. Depending on personal preference, the fee can range from $50 for reusable, microwavable individual plastic containers to $150 for glass, freezer/refrigerator/ microwave-safe containers.

Once purchased these are yours to keep. We ask that the container be returned clean so that they will be ready for the next delivery. In the event there aren’t sufficient containers for that week, there will be a restocking fee of 50% of the original cost

Service Area:

For in-home or delivery meal prep services, I service the Metropolitan Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia areas within a 40-mile radius of Glen Burnie, MD free delivery. Anything beyond that there is $ .40 per mile charge each way. If tolls are required there will be an additional charge

Payment:

The service fee plus 50% of the estimated grocery cost and the container fee are due prior to the day of your cook/delivery. An invoice will be sent via email detailing your services and cost for the week. Acceptable payments may be made through the Quickbooks invoice, cash, or Zelle (3017045867). The balance of the grocery fee is due the day of the cook/delivery
